Basic Feature

Built-In Functions

Most of these functions maybe enabled or disabled and/or put under Admin control.

Price Look Up (PLU)

This feature allows the user to directly access the Price List to select items and/or verify prices. This is especially useful when an item barcode is unreadable or not available.

Price Change

Prices maybe changed, if allowed, as sale transactions are processed.

Item Quantity Change

Item quantities maybe changed, if allowed, as sale transactions are processed.

Void/Delete Item

An item already entered in an ongoing sale transaction maybe deleted or removed.

Quantity Mode

In an ongoing transaction, an item being entered may automatically have the quantity 1 (Single Mode). Or, any quantity maybe entered manually (Multiple Mode).

Combine Same Items

Same items maybe combined manually or automatically as items are entered in an ongoing transaction.

Exact Payment

A button (Tab key) is provided to enter the exact amount as payment.

Non-Cash Payments

The POS terminal can be configured to accept only cash payments or a combination of other payment options.

Void Sale Transaction

Suspend Sale Transaction

An ongoing transaction maybe suspended or interrupted to accommodate the next customer. The suspended transaction is temporarily saved for future retrieval.

Price Quote

Price quotation or estimate, when requested by customer, maybe shown on screen or printed.

Receipt Number Barcode

The receipt or transaction number in barcode form maybe printed on the receipt for quick reference when reprinting or voiding the receipt or when processing a refund.

Reprint Last Receipt

This feature allows quick reprinting of Official Receipts (which is very useful when the printer fails or when an extra copy of the receipt is needed).

Open Cash Drawer

The Cash Drawer normally opens only when a sale transaction is finalized. This feature opens the drawer if it is closed and must be opened without a key.
